- Strong knowledge of buyer requirements (Inditex, H&M, C&A, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in store software (ERP preferred)
- Good knowledge of chemical safety & compliance
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage dyes and chemical inventory with accurate stock records
- Ensure safe storage, labeling, and segregation as per chemical safety standards
- Maintain documentation and traceability as per buyer requirements (Inditex, etc.)
- Monitor expiry, batch records, and MSDS file management
- Coordinate with purchase, dyeing, and compliance teams
- Ensure daily stock in/out records and reporting
- Comply with ZDHC, MRSL, and buyer-specific audit checklists
