∎ The company is looking for a experienced marketing professional for brand management.. The appropriate candidate should have experience of brand management in real estate/ FMCG/others brand development.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project analysis & project presentation for investors / corporate clients.
∎ Liaison with Foreign Investor/ Clients
∎ Market and competitor analysis.
∎ Marketing events planning, budgeting and activation.
∎ Coordinate with Media and Advertising agencies, suppliers and vendors.
∎ Creative marketing material development
∎ Brochure/ Fencing
∎ Billboards / Signage/ Corporate Brochure
∎ Print advertisements/ TV Commercial / Audio-Visual Content
∎ Animation/ Augmented Reality/ Copy-writing/ Over all content planning
∎ Other contents planning & development
∎ Must have experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
∎ Vendor Communication & Negotiations
∎ Marketing Presentation, Public Speaking & Presentation
∎ Digital Marketing & Planning
∎ PR management & Media communication
∎ Marketing & Sales Inventory and Report Analysis
∎ Training arrangement as per need and coordinate with outbound trainers.
∎ Working in Special Assignments as per Management need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Must be presentable , should have excellent communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
