• Maintain LIFO/FIFO and smooth operation for materials received from suppliers, delivery to party and returned products.
• Supervise all the goods at Warehouse – Systematic inventory control, take action/inform with relevant concern if any shortage, damage or wrong receive.
• Establish monitoring so that no one item will be damaged at the time of loading and unloading.
• Ensure timely distribution of all goods and commodities to the distributor points with proper documentations.
• Worked closely with operations to ensure on-hand inventory.
• Ensure safety stock of inventory as per storage capacity. Conduct physical stock checking and verify with updated inventory/stock statement.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock report properly to find out business growth.
• To ensure and supervise timely order processing and follow up proper invoicing for stock out form Store for onward supply in time according to the party needs.
• Organize the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Audited inventory by manually counting warehouse supplies to ensure accuracy.
• Control over inventory management when products reach at store.
• Check the daily stock and available of products as per requirement.
• To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
