Education:

  • DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent veterinary degree.

  • B.Sc in Animal Husbandry or DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) from a reputed university.

  • Licensed Veterinarian.
  • Passion for animal health & welfare.
  • Strong capacity to solve the problem and anti-pressure ability.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (data management, formulas, pivot tables, reporting & analysis)


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily farm operations to achieve production targets.
  • Maintain optimal environment (temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting, water, and feed supply).
  • Proper knowledge regarding cow diseases and prevention or treatment.       
  • Maintain accurate records of animal health, treatment histories, and disease outbreaks
  • Provide regular health reports and assessments to the project manager and senior management
  • Ensure effective waste management and environmental control within the farm premises.
  • Manage, train, and motivate farm workers. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the team through the end-of-cycle process: litter removal, thorough cleaning and disinfection of sheds and equipment, and preparation for new flock intake, verifying efficacy through lab tests.
