Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Amusement Park, Hospitality, Hotel and Resort

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Room allotment to the new inducted employees.
∎ Accommodation overall maintenance responsibilities.
∎ To ensure housekeeping and cleaning of the Accommodation.
∎ Ensure safety and security of all boarders at all times and maintenance of discipline in and around the hostel.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of the accommodation, no damage to the furniture and fittings and timely repair.
∎ Communicate to the higher management in case of any indiscipline or misbehavior by the staffs.
∎ Responsible to settle grievances/complaints of the staffs.
∎ First aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of staffs.
∎ Make orders and carry out inventory for bedding as well as supply to new staffs.
∎ Assist in Dormitory policy making and ensure they are effective.
∎ Display notice on dorm notice board incase of any general communication.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness
∎ Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Excellent organizing and leadership skills

Salary: Negotiable
