Experience:
Master’s in social science faculty.
Preferable subjects like Media studies, Communication or Journalism or relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation, communication, media activities, social media platforms, content development and project reporting.
Experienced in environmental protection, child labor elimination, livelihood development for marginalized, or climate change reliant related projects will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both English and Bangla, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports, case studies, press releases, and communication materials suitable for media, donors, and NGO audiences.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including formatting reports, managing datasets and trackers, and developing clear and visually engaging presentations.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the project areas, including remote locations, to support field documentation, data collection, and verification activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective coordination with team members, stakeholders, and community representatives.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data management, documentation, and reporting, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistency across outputs.

Job Title: Documentation Officer

Job Responsibilities:
• Collect, compile, verify, and systematically organize documentation from project activities.
• Ensure regular and timely internal and external communication through appropriate media platforms.
• Coordinate information and work with the community based media of the organization.
• Maintain accurate external and internal databases, trackers, attendance records, photo archives, and audio-visual documentation.
• Support the preparation of high-quality press release, monthly, quarterly, and donor-specific narrative reports.
• Conduct regular field visits for primary data collection, monitoring, and validation of project outputs.
• Document case studies, human-interest stories, success stories, and key lessons learned for reporting and advocacy.
• Assist in baseline, midline, and endline assessments, including data collection and documentation support.
• Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of both digital and hard-copy project documents in line with organizational standards.
• Coordinate closely with project team members to ensure consistency and accuracy of information regarding report preparation and documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Advocacy to support effective project implementation
