Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying, processing, and maintaining documents received from various external entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely handling across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and validate documents from clients, vendors, partners, or other third-party entities.
- Cross-check information against internal systems or predefined verification criteria.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for clarifications or additional documentation when discrepancies arise.
- Ensure all verified documents are accurately filed and digitally archived.
- Maintain an organized tracking system for document status and pending verifications.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to uphold regulatory standards.
- Flag any irregularities or red flags for further investigation.
- Prepare regular reports on document verification outcomes and turnaround times.
