∎ Be able to work in the market and visit to farm and making report to the superior on time to time.
∎ Be able to adapt to the market work for long time on the working site.
∎ Be able to work in the market and visit to the farmers to motivate them.
∎ Be able to work in tough working environment.
∎ Must have positive mindset up to work in any critical.
∎ As a transferable job, must have a mindset up to work anywhere in Bangladesh in anytime according to company’s requirement.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acquiring & monitoring new dealer, farmer of poultry/cattle/fish category.
∎ Collect & share authentic market data to management team regular basis.
∎ New area expansion and continuous development.
∎ Observe the ongoing market trend and share the data for ongoing self-improvement.
∎ Check & inform the performance of own feed as well as competitor’s feed.
∎ Develop and maintain effective business relationship with different stakeholders’ i.e. dealers, farmers, medicine company representatives, chicken supplier.
∎ Act as an advisor for different farm or service-related issues through advising basic knowledge.
