- MBBS Doctor having 2-3 years' experience in handling Diabetic patients. Candidates completed CCD (Certificate Course on Diabetology) is preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
Interact with patients following the `Patient Interaction Script`.
Take verbal consent of the patient before enrolling the patient and initiate the support program with them and document consent.
Brief patients about the services they will receive under the patient support program Record keeping and maintenance of the Doctor Consent Forms
Record keeping and maintenance of the Patient Consent Forms (Verbal Consent)
Educate the patients as per the NNBD structured curriculum
Ensure all safety cases and/or other customer complaints are referred immediately to the PV person assigned for collecting safety data
Record keeping, and maintenance of relevant Files as a part of Good Documentation Practice Ensure completeness and accuracy of data in the Database
