Responsibilities & Context:
· Have strong experience in both factory and buying office settings
· Possess in-depth knowledge of factory operations to effectively control and influence production
· Be confident and assertive enough to communicate face-to-face with factory owners as well as our management
· Have solid expertise in woven products and washing processes
· Demonstrate strong capability in managing Quality and Technical aspects of garments end-to-end
