Experience:
Experience in Electrical goods (Switch Socket, LED lights, Fan, Circuit breaker, and Exhaust Fan etc.) will be preferred.
Candidates having experience in similar role will be given preference.
Develop and implement a divisional sales strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy to achieve sales targets.
Regularly monitor the performance of Marketing Officers (JSE/SE/SSE/ASM/District Sales Manager) to ensure sales goals are met.
Analyze current market coverage and identify opportunities to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers to strengthen the network and expand coverage.
Propose and support management in designing new and innovative trade programs.
Train and develop the sales team to enhance their selling techniques and interpersonal skills.
Prepare different types of sales reports as the management requirement.
Manage and motivate dealers, taking necessary actions to ensure their ROI (Return on Investment) is achieved.
Implement and give feedback on market trade offers as well as monitor the competitor’s activities.
