Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement a divisional sales strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy to achieve sales targets.

• Regularly monitor the performance of Marketing Officers (JSE/SE/SSE/ASM/District Sales Manager) to ensure sales goals are met. 

• Analyze current market coverage and identify opportunities to drive business growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers to strengthen the network and expand coverage.

• Propose and support management in designing new and innovative trade programs.

• Train and develop the sales team to enhance their selling techniques and interpersonal skills.

• Prepare different types of sales reports as the management requirement.

• Manage and motivate dealers, taking necessary actions to ensure their ROI (Return on Investment) is achieved.

• Implement and give feedback on market trade offers as well as monitor the competitor’s activities.
