Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing distribution channels, and achieving sales targets within the Fan sector. This individual will oversee the sales team, develop strong relationships with distributors and clients, and ensure the growth and profitability of the company's sales distribution business.
∎ To ensure product/SKU/Route wise daily/monthly/yearly sales target achievement for assigned region.
∎ Discover new market/distributors as well as penetrate all the products as market opportunity as well as increase weighted distributions to maximize the sales value/volume.
∎ Lead and in-field trained the sales personnel who are working under you to develop a professional sales team.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ Execute all the trade and consumer programs as designed by management.
∎ Constantly monitor competitor activity/performance and report to line manager and sales admin on time.
∎ Maintain Depot business and distribution system.
