Dealar Management, Dealer development, Dealer or Channel Development, Dealer Sales, Franchise Sales and Marketing
Job Context:
∎ Who has a passion to earn more and get ready to enjoy challenges!
∎ Excellent customer focus and target-oriented selling skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to develop positive, effective relationship with customers
∎ Good knowledge and interest in consumer durable product business
∎ Only those candidates are requested to apply who have experience in Dealer & Retailer sales management from last seven years.
∎ Willing to travel extensively by own/ company car without a driver.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a new area of sales/ Market Development and Dealer/ Franchisee setup.
∎ Deal with Dealers, Franchisees & Retailers to achieve monthly/yearly sales targets.
∎ Candidates must be Creative thinker, self-motivated, hard worker & able to meet the given target.
∎ Planning & organizing the sales and promotional activities to ensure sales target.
∎ Building a strong network in the segment of traders, franchisees, dealers, and end-users.
∎ A proven track-record in identifying opportunities, generating revenue, building relationships with customers.
∎ Willing to travel extensively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 43 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 75000 - 100000 (Monthly)
∎ Or Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
