Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mind setup to raise order shop to shop for to develop your team.
∎ Responsible for regional target versus achievement with effective coverage plan.
∎ Guide the sales team with executable planning to ensure daily, weekly and monthly target.
∎ Accountable to add new Dealer's from the competition in the respective gap market.
∎ Ensure the monthly target through existing and adding new customers on a monthly basis.
∎ Accountable to achieve new dealer sales and stuck dealer sales as per given target.
∎ Establishing achievement oriented distributor and sales force network in the assigned area.
∎ Ensure follow up, monitoring and feedback to reach the ultimate goal of the company.
∎ Maintain product availability at every shop with merchandising.
∎ Deploy right distributors, ensure distribution footprint at door steps as well as their ROI.
∎ Analyze competitor's activities & information and share for the sustainable strategy.
∎ Lead, develop and train the team to make the high-performance team.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Ensure that the organization resources accurate deployment to reach at desired goals.
∎ Implement Market Communication related initiatives to enhance brand awareness in the market.
∎ Follow-up with the channel partners, schemes and service offerings & monitor their progress.
∎ Implement supply chain management system so that the product availability ensures in the market.
∎ Be updated on competition, activities and management as well as regularly provide feedback on them.
∎ Be proactive on identifying new opportunity areas and work out market storming plan to continuously increasing the sales.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the depot & distributors to long-term business tie up as well as for further business growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Working experience in Polymer, Plastic Industries will get extra preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Development, Distribution management, Sales & Marketing, Trade Marketing
∎ Minimum 10-year(s) experience including minimum 3 year experience in same Position.
∎ Leadership quality, Positive attitude, Result oriented, extrovert and computer literate.
∎ Must be able to ride motorcycle.
