Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Divisional Head Quarter
∎ This self-motivated & charismatic individual will be responsible for growing sales & adding profitable revenue to the assigned division.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Revenue Generation
∎ Prospect new accounts via cold calling, existing accounts, networking, and industry events
∎ Follow up on incoming leads and requests
∎ Renew and grow existing accounts
∎ Meet/exceed sales goals
∎ Product and Industry Knowledge
∎ Maintain up to date knowledge of the plastics industry
∎ Understand and market a variety of customer solutions - equipment, machines, technologies and training.
∎ Involvement with Local Plastics Organizations

Additional Requirements:

∎ Strong presentation skills
∎ Excellent relationship building skills
∎ Strategic plan building skills, ability to develop and present proposals
∎ People as well as team management skills
∎ Proficient on the computer. Especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Google business apps
∎ Distinct attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast paced environment
∎ 7- 8 Years Solid Plastics industry Experience is a must
∎ Capable of working on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
∎ Have a style of question based selling
∎ Passion, commitment & desire to be the best
∎ Competitive
∎ Strong communication skills to work with customers, employees, & company partners (vendors)
∎ Understand & comply with the state, & local regulations including but not limited to ethical practices
