Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction across your division.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute long-term strategic sales plans to drive sustainable business growth and competitive advantage within the assigned division.
Continuously analyze market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and threats, and respond with data-backed strategies.
Take full ownership of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent growth in volume, value, and profitability.
Lead initiatives to expand market share, strengthen brand visibility, and penetrate new or underdeveloped territories through focused planning and execution.
Monitor and evaluate performance trends, sales KPIs, and market feedback to make proactive strategic decisions and adjust operating plans when necessary.
Build and nurture a high-performing sales team by identifying talent, providing targeted coaching, and fostering a results-driven culture.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, trade partners, and key customers to ensure effective product placement and market reach.
Drive excellence in in-market execution, ensuring visibility, availability, and compliance with trade programs and pricing strategies.
Prepare and present comprehensive market intelligence and business review reports to senior management with recommendations for strategic direction.
Champion digital tools, automation, and CRM systems to enhance sales forecasting, route optimization, and real-time performance monitoring.
Ensure effective risk management, compliance with company policies, and alignment with long-term business vision and market trends.
Lead, monitor, and control the performance of the entire divisional sales force, ensuring discipline, accountability, and productivity at all levels.
