Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target as per business plan.
∎ Drive sales forces operation and motivate them to achieve sales target on periodic basis.
∎ Set up and split target for Distributor & Company sales force (Regional Manager to sales Representative).
∎ Coordinating closely with factory, distribution and marketing department to prepared better business plan.
∎ Evaluating managing, training and motivation the sales force ensure working environment and generating new marketing idea.
∎ Assigning and developing distributor in the Division. Developing and maintains positive relation with existing and prospective distributors.
∎ Team management, territory management, ensuring numeric distribution in the Area.
∎ Research industry trends, competitors’ movement etc. as necessary.
∎ Daily analytical reports of own assigned region’s sales.
∎ Provide periodic sales related report to management
∎ Engage in company’s brand building activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Salary: Negotiable
