Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Divisional Sales Manager”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Sales Forecasts & Sales Planning. (Daily, Monthly & Yearly).
Formulation of strategies for sales target fixation and its achievement.
Monitor primary & secondary sales as well as sales team and distribution activities.
Regular Market Visit.
Provide necessary guideline & arrange sales training to RM, TSM & SO.
Increase market coverage and available of Products.
Realization of Sales Products.
Prepare report on market information and Confirm activation.
Monitor movement of Distribution Van & Vehicles.
