Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in the Unani/Ayurvedic/Herbal/Pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of Unani products, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
Willingness to travel extensively within the division.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve divisional targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive business growth.
Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and increasing product penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
