∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Dealer or Corporate client development and Management, Electric sales, Electrical/ Electronics, Handling Distributors or Dealers, sales and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure achievement of pre-setted sales target, collection, and IMS.
∎ Ensure realization of 100% receivables/credit related to primary sales.
∎ Supervise & coordinate the activities of RSM/TSM/Distributor.
∎ Observe the competitor's activities and assist the management in formulating newer and unique types of trade/gift offers.
∎ Monitor and guide the activities of Depots (company-owned) if any.
∎ Explore the new markets in favor of the company to increase sales volume.
∎ Visit every market to identify and solve market-related problems.
∎ Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Provide regular feedback to the sales personnel as well as to the supervisor.
