∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Divisional sales action plan, forecast & setting sales target by Division /Territory/ Distributor/ Key customer.
∎ Achieve assigned Divisional sales target by supervising ASI, TSI & other Sales staffs activity regularly.
∎ Communicate frequently with Key customers through physical presence, telephonic calls, fax and E-mails.
∎ Prepare and implement effective coverage plan for Distributors and appoint Distributors.
∎ Develop wholesale sales proposals & Formulate fit strategies
∎ Evaluate Customers business prospect through feasibility analysis.
∎ Appointment of Distributors.
∎ Conduct monthly Divisional sales meeting.
∎ Monitor Distributors Lifting performance to secondary sales & stock level.
∎ Monitor and report on Retail & Wholesale sales activities and follow up for line management.
∎ Monitor competitors regular pricing and market conditions for prompt counter measure.
∎ Ensure accountability by motivating and providing training to ASI, TSI & ZI/SR.

∎ Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla), analytical skills
∎ Excellent Negotiation skills
∎ Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/Excel/Office/PowerPoint)
