Job Context:

JMI Industrial Gas Ltd. has taken the initiative to ensure the national and household energy security for the nation. We have State-of-the Art LPG mother plant at Shitakunda, Chattogram; and a Satellite Plant at Gazaria, Munshiganj for smooth distribution of LPG to Nationwide.
∎ The company is now looking for experienced & self-motivated individuals for immediate appointment to achieve the Organization`s strategic goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall sales.
∎ Monitor & coordinate the activities of RSM/TM.
∎ Monitor the activities of the Distributors & their field forces.
∎ Prepare sales plan and lead the sales team accordingly to achieve sales target and explore new market.
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for increasing sales volume.
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitors sales & activity report.
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to increase sales.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the new customer and keep in touch with all (new/old) customer.
∎ Coordinates & Communicates with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product.
∎ Monitor offtake from warehouse and follow up due collection from market regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Proactive & Organizational skills
∎ Excellent oral & written communication skills
∎ Competent in MS Office & Multitasking
Salary:
