Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any social science discipline with MPH from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a project team.
∎ Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to the team members.
∎ Timely implementation of all deliverables of MaMoni MNCSP on behalf of the organization
∎ Supervise the field level staff in accordance to result oriented implementation of the project activities and ensure optimum utilization of the staff time.
∎ Lead administrative and management related activities of the project.
∎ Communicate with District and Upazila level govt. officials of Health and Family Planning Departments and administrative officials.
∎ Attend quarterly/monthly review meeting at district level and feedback for smooth implementation.
∎ Coordinate and cooperate with Deputy Director Implementation of SCI for proper implementation of the project.
∎ In consultation with Focal Person, prepare and submit factual report of the project to SCI.
∎ Provide appropriate solution on field difficulties in consultation with Focal Person and/or the DDI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on health system especially primary health care system in Bangladesh.
∎ Capable in handling the high level GoB health officials and the donors.
∎ Able to make efficient plan and optimum utilization of available resources.
∎ At least 5 years experience in leading managing and implementing project of similar nature in any national or international organization.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle and frequent field visit.
∎ Able to organize and conduct workshop/seminar/meeting at different level.
∎ Knowledge on context analysis, data analysis, MIS and evaluation process.
∎ Knowledge on general administration, project and financial management.
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point and more.
∎ Able to prepare factual result oriented reports.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 85000 - 90000 (Monthly)
∎ 2.25 festival bonus, PF, Gratuity, Health insurance and Leave benefit will be applicable as per organizational policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
