∎ This is a full time job based in every district of Bangladesh. We are looking for self-motivating proactive challenge-takers who can achieve daily sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Connecting Parents, Students, Teachers and Professionals.
∎ Direct selling of TESOL services using its Online Selling Media
∎ Attending daily Planning Meeting in the morning and report presenting meeting in the evening.
∎ Meeting daily sales target and daily collection.
∎ Proper checking of virtual notices/audio text/video clips and reporting on time to assigned boss
∎ Prepare monthly sales plan and execute it accordingly
∎ Visit and monitor previous customers to improve overall business activities
∎ Communicate and build customer relationship and develop a proper network of trust with education stakeholders
∎ Collecting customers' feedback regularly to boost company's sales
∎ Cooperating company's audit team, quality control team and Rapid Action Team.
∎ Solve any unexpected field level problems to overcome poor performance
∎ Taking innovative strategies, suggesting divisional sales leaders to boost the overall sales
∎ Manage and motivate the overall team to achieve the monthly sales target
∎ Taking full responsibility of any unethical activity done by himself/herself
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Fluency in English speaking/standard Bangla Pronunciation
