Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any social science discipline or MPH from a reputed university or Medical graduate with 2-3 years working experience in a NGO.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a District team members who responsible for implementing the project activities at Upazila and union level activities.
∎ Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to the team members.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of activities at Upazila and union level of MaMoni MNCSP project.
∎ Planning and organizing the project activities for the assigned district.
∎ Lead administrative and management related activities of the project at district level.
∎ Organize/attend quarterly/monthly review meeting at district level and seek assistance on strategic direction.
∎ Improve quality services at District level facilities like District Hospital, maternal and child welfare center.
∎ Communicate with District and Upazila level govt. officials of Health and Family Planning.
∎ Departments and administrative officials.
∎ Coordinate and cooperate with Divisional manager and SCI team at district level.
∎ Prepare and submit factual report to Divisional manager.
∎ Provide appropriate solution on field difficulties in consultation with Divisional Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on health system especially primary health care system in Bangladesh.
∎ Capable in handling the high level GoB health officials.
∎ Able to make efficient plan and optimum utilization of available resources.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle and frequent field visit.
∎ At least 3-5 years experience in leading managing and implementing project of similar nature in any national or international organisations.
∎ Able to organize and conduct workshop/seminar/meeting at different level.
∎ Knowledge on general administration, project and financial management.
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point and more.
∎ Able to prepare factual result oriented reports.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 68000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ 2.25 festival bonus, PF, Gratuity, Health insurance and Leave benefit will be applicable as per organizational policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
