∎ MSS from any reputed university with all 2nd class

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Field Organisers working in project under respective Reintegration Service Center and provide continuous guidance to the team for ensuring quality programme implementation / field operations
∎ Regularly field visit and facilitate field activities for ensuring better outcome of project
∎ Volunteer selection, their capacity building and provide guidance to implement activities, develop and maintain volunteer database
∎ Organize training, meeting and workshops workshop at local level and field visit
∎ Regularly communicate & develop good relation with local level stakeholders (GO and NGOs) for ensuring field level activity, advocacy and networking
∎ Coordinate and make follow-up of returnee profiling, develop and maintain online database
∎ Liaise with local level industries/institutes and projects for managing job placement for the returnees
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field
∎ Have excellent knowledge on multi-layer team management
∎ Have skills on facility management, business operational analysis and business Correspondence
∎ Excellent cross-cultural communications and program management
