Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Social Science, Agriculture, DVM, Animal Husbandry or any related discipline (may relax for highly experienced candidate).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare effective monthly, quarterly and annual plan of operation;
∎ Provide orientation & guidance of the staff members for better implementation of project activities at the field level;
∎ Supervise the staffs on regular basis for smooth operation of the project;
∎ Generate new and innovative ideas for effective implementation of project activities;
∎ Support senior staffs, AA’s, FF’s and FA’s to take initiatives for capacity building related to organization development of groups and federations;
∎ Facilitate the team members to internalize different conceptual and methodological documents as well as processes;
∎ Provide accompaniment support to make the team members more confident in order to facilitate different events at community level;
∎ Conduct need assessment of team members and take initiatives to improve the capacity of staff members;
∎ Assist Senior staffs, AA’s, FF’s and FA’s of the project to develop effective and coordinated work plan and maintain smooth coordination and team spirit within the team;
∎ Organize training and seminar for staff in relation to project;
∎ Ensure regular sharing among the team members about achievements, experiences and learning;
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual report stating major findings and observations and submit to the respective authority;
∎ Synthesize monitoring report with the help of UC and other respective staff;
∎ Monitor the field activities and provide feedback and guidance to the staffs for better performance;
∎ Monitor inputs and consequences of inputs at certain interval for effective utilization of inputs;
∎ Support the team members to facilitate the self- monitoring process at community level like joint review, grading, socio-economic observatory etc.
∎ Facilitate in implementation of different monitoring tools;
∎ Review the progress of implementation through organizing staff coordination meeting;
∎ Sharing the project activities and strategies with Upazila and district level administration, line agencies and stakeholders;
∎ Maintain liaison with NGO Affairs Bureau and other governmental officials as well as with donors;
∎ Maintain effective information flow among the staffs, organization as well as with donor;
∎ Coordinate with Govt. agencies especially with Department of Livestock (DOL), Department of Agriculture Extension (DAE) and other governmental and NGO officials to ensure service provision for target population;
∎ Represent the project and organization to different stakeholders, line agencies and administration both at Upazila and district level;
∎ Maintain regular communication with organization and donor management for better implementation of project;
∎ Facilitates visits of external team to the project;
∎ Prepare and review the budget according to activity plan and keep all the expenses within the approved budget limit;
∎ Check and approve bills & vouchers of project expenditure on proper way;
∎ Ensure the policy of financial guideline for procurement of materials and equipment needed for project implementation. Provide oversight for the maintenance and proper use of all kinds of project materials and resources;
∎ Support accounts staff members to ensure and maintain different registers like attendance, movement, log book, motor cycle checking, fixed asset & stock, staff meeting etc.
∎ Support to external & internal audit/expenditure verification teams on financial activities of project;
∎ Conduct the performance appraisal process of the senior staffs, AA’s and FF’s;
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the organization;
∎ Staff appraisal
∎ Coordination and cooperation with project staff and build professional relationship with local authority and GOB department;
∎ To prepare record and documents, ensure collection of required documents from unit office and preserve it as per project needs and share with the stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound background on project management;
∎ Proven project and staff management skills with a good track record;
∎ Excellent analytical skills; excellent in team work, networking and communication;
∎ At least 5 year experiences in livelihoods development activities;
∎ Experience on facilitating of grassroots levels planning process;
∎ Experience on marketing & IGA aspects;
∎ Able to develop Annual plan;
∎ Sound knowledge and skills in analytical report preparation and staff development; Strong skills in resource management;
∎ Computer skill on MS word, Excel and Power point;
∎ Excellent communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Bangla; Having strong leadership ability and motivation in working with Adivasi & Non-Adivasi poor people in remote areas;
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle with valid driving license;
∎ Reporting and documentation skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 41560 (Monthly)
