Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Skills Required: Can Ride a Motorbike., Good communication skills, Innovation, Planning and monitoring, Self Motivation, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills, Strong leadership and team management skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Revenue target for assigned part of Territory/Distribution.
∎ Achieve Distribution Target in terms of new outlet expansion.
∎ Manage Distribution Operation for assigned Distribution Area.
∎ Manage Distribution Hygiene all across the functions of Distribution Operation as guided by the company.
∎ Ensure 100% Sales Compliance as per the regulator's directives.
∎ Ensure Trade Visibility & Effective campaign communication at channels.
∎ Develop & Lead Distributor's Field-Force.
∎ Optimize & monitor company-provided resources to support distribution activities.
∎ Ensure Digital product availability through channel partners and even distribution.
∎ Implement Digital/ Hybrid Distribution.
∎ Implement Distributor Financing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Business Graduate from any UGC-approved institution. (Minimum CGPA 3.00)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 33000 - 41500 (Monthly)
∎ Fixed Salary: BDT. 21,000
Allowances: BDT. 10,000
Incentive KPI: BDT. 8,500 (As per company policy)
Phone Bill: BDT. 2,000
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus will be applicable only after 3 months of job completion.
