Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate the implementation of the project activities and ensure all assigned duties are carried out and that resources are efficiently utilized at all levels.
∎ Under the direction of the CP Activity Coordinator, plan distribution activities in communities to reduce COVID-19 related impacts and supervise Distribution Agent.
∎ Liaise with his/her line manager on a daily basis and intervene in the planning of the project tasks by preparing activity/work plan.
∎ Prepare distribution plans and closely follow up on the implementation of these plans in the area of intervention.
∎ Use adequate beneficiary selection criteria, organize and supervise registration and verification process, and ensure that the most vulnerable members of the community are properly targeted.
∎ Work closely with Line Manager, Distribution Agent and Data Assistant and the community to improve targeting efficiency.
∎ Work closely with the Distribution Agent to ensure that proper procedures for distributions are followed according to the approved quantities and ensure that all items to be distributed are properly accounted for.
∎ Work with and Logistics Department to ensure timely procurement and availability of all equipment and materials necessary for the successful implementation of distribution activities.
∎ In collaboration with the Logistics Department, ensure the availability of safe and suitable storage capacity.
∎ Provide detailed, accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly reports to his/her line manager on activities and potential challenges.
∎ Where required, gather and provide on regular basis necessary information, data, activity pictures, etc.
∎ This list of activities is not exhaustive and additional activities may be requested by Tdh management according to the needs of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Education: Master’s degree
∎ Proven experience with (I)NGO in relief context (minimum 2 years)
∎ Proven experience in related field - Food and NFI Distribution (minimum 2 years)
∎ Ability to accomplish assigned tasks accurately and by established deadlines
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
∎ Proficient in written and spoken English
∎ Fluency in the local language will be considered as a plus
∎ Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
∎ Excellent organization and communication skills
∎ Professionalism, honesty and thoroughness
Salary: Tk. 55400 (Monthly)
