Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Supervise all depots & assist the factory with production planning & proper distribution for timely delivery
∎ 2. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, Supply Chain, Operation, Warehouse & other relevant cross-functional departments in order to ensure smooth distribution operation and forecasting sales.
∎ 3. Ensure effective inventory management, maintain the right level of inventory, and reconciliation, and also facilitate inventory audit at all inventory locations.
∎ 4. Manage the extensive distribution network throughout the country to ensure smooth supply
∎ 5. Collaborate with marketing executives to ensure that new products reach the right markets at the right time.
∎ 6. supervise, monitor, and check to update depot monthly accounts receivable, payable, and reconciliation of total cash sales and credit collection with bank deposit including closing stock statement and send Head Office to regularize for final adjustment.
∎ 7. Prepare Monthly & Annual Depot operational budget & ensure that operational costs are within the budget.
∎ 8. Identifying region-wise slow-moving & non-moving products & assemble them for further processing.
∎ 9. Generate various reports on distribution also monthly stock movement report collection, and analysis, and also ensure optimal stock keeping ratio.
∎ 10. Ensure the route-wise daily supply of goods as per the invoices also timely check goods return, and damage updating
∎ 11. Address customer queries and handle customer complaints strategically for ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ 12. Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for distributions and develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
∎ 13. Control and supervise all Vehicle movement from Factory to Depots also communicate with vehicle suppliers for cost negotiation & agreement for the short and long term
