Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing business strategies and plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives in the specific country.
∎ Understanding the competitive landscape and customer behavior.
∎ Develop and manage budgets for the country, ensuring financial goals are met. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures when necessary.
∎ Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and expanding the customer base.
∎ Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Address legal and regulatory issues that may arise and work with legal counsel when needed.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, business partners, suppliers, and customers.
∎ Focus on customer satisfaction and feedback, ensuring that products or services meet local needs and expectations.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have at least 10 years of practical experience in a multinational company (Preferably in Japanese Company).
∎ Fluency in the Japanese language.
