Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking to appoint a key sales and marketing Director. The person will be in charge of the sales, marketing and customer relationship management in order to achieve profitable sales according to the agreed budget, through a competent sales team and with effective and strategic marketing campaigns and world class customer service. Job responsibilities will be as follow:
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Follow-up and meet the sale target of the projects and to ensure necessary fund for construction work of the projects as per Bar-chart.
∎ Use personal networking and other channels to contact high end corporate clients/corporations to confirm group selling of both commercial and residential properties.
∎ Generate creative ideas to secure new customers & enhance existing sales. Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities.
∎ Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
∎ Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
∎ To analyze the present market position and forecast the future trend of the business to adopt policy accordingly.
∎ Participates in the recruitment process for the Sales & Marketing department, determining staffing levels for the department.
∎ Communicate, motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives.
∎ Be in a leadership role to steer the marketing and sales team, guide them for best utilization of their strengths and remain aware of the professional and personal issues that affect performance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ Experience in the leading companies of Real Estate Sector will be given high preference.
∎ Experience in managing sales of modern gated community complex or large-scale residential/ commercial projects will be given preference.
∎ The applicants should have thorough knowledge and experience in real estate products, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Corporate/Group Sales, Home Loan and Credit Recovery Management in Real Estate sector.
∎ The applicant should be conversant with the marketing communication and digital marketing practices in the Real Estate sector.
∎ The applicant must have experience of working closely with the Directors or members of the top management.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 3 (Three) lac per month++
