Experience:
Minimum B.Sc. Degree in Architecture from any reputed University (Preferably from BUET, Khulna University, AUST and BRAC University)
The age limit may be relaxed for experienced and potential candidate
At least 8-12 years, of working experience in Architectural Design in reputed Architectural firm or Real Estate companies.
Working experience in Real Estate companies is preferable.
Should have a good and sound knowledge on Architectural design, elevation, 3D, rendering of any type of building project.
Capable of preparing details measurement, Drawing, Detailing of lay-out plan, design with Auto-CAD presentation/2D preparation as per requirements of the Project.
Prepare Architectural and Interior 2D & 3D Design Concept, Plan, Elevation, and Section, with Detail Working drawing using Auto CAD, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop.
Detail knowledge about DAP and Imarot Bidhimala 2008 and 2023 in order to find the feasibility of a land.
Develop professional relationships with the customer by demonstrating and understanding their requirements to achieve the goal.
Sound knowledge in modern interior design, drawing and must have interior-related materials idea.
Should have sound knowledge to prepare detailed drawings on the basis of RAJUK,
Sound working knowledge on high rise buildings, Fair Face Casting and multi-basement construction
Proven experience in quality and finishing works of a building.
Minimum working experience in Civil, Electro-Mechanical work and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing)
Must have sound technical knowledge to solve any Architectural problem arising from the project /site.
Knowledge of building products available in the market including rates.
Expert knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Should be able to identify and make decisions in advance about the matters which may delay
the project.
Teamwork and maintain co-relation with Architectural, Structural, and Civil Engineering teams.
Capable to carry out own responsibility and ensure the timely completion of work.
Consult with clients to determine their requirements
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Projects, PowerPoint, and any other Architectural related program.
Ability on counseling with landowner and clients.
Should Have strong communication and Presentation Skills and be able to get decisions quickly from consultants, High officials, and Management.
Competent in conflict and crisis management and should have the ability to work under pressure.
Responsible for all Architectural design (Preliminary to Final).
Modification and change of design and drawing (If necessary).
Preparation and guide for drawing for RAJUK.
Decision making regarding architectural drawing and design.
Preparation of Perspective View and Model.
Liaison maintain with Electrical and Structural design section.
To take necessary steps for designing MEP and other design for projects from reputed Firm / Company / Engineer.
Supervise under construction sites.
Keeping a record of projects documents properly.
Maintain correspondence with External Architectural Firms.
Furniture, Electrical & Plumbing Layout drawing, and Landscape Details Drawings.
Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
Consult with other professionals about design.
Assess the needs of the building and its users, advising the client on the practicality of their project.
Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to the client.
Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
Specify the nature and quality of materials required.
Carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running on time and to budget.
Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction.
Ensure that the environmental impact of the project is managed.
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
Modify existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs.
Other responsibilities to be assigned by the management from time to time.
