∎ • Masters in any discipline from public university
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): At least 10 years' experience in PKSF funded organization/ international organization
∎ • Technical Skills:
∎ • Must have professional writing and speaking capacity in English and Bangla, i.e. monitoring report, report writing, project proposal writing, event report, case study/story, content writing, etc.
∎ • Proficient with MS office
∎ • Able to take decision in a timely manner, priorities, and multi-task work seamlessly.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • The acronym OPCA stands for ‘Organization for the Poor Community Advancement. OPCA is a local voluntary, non-profitable, non-political Bangladeshi Organization. It is registered under MRA, NGO Bureau, Social Welfare and Youth Development. Since 1992, OPCA is working with on development sector, for lasting solution and entitlement for poor community, WASH, GBV, SRH, Skill Development Program, Health, Agriculture, Disabilities and Mirsarai Autism Center. It is funded by PKSF, Anukul Foundation, Brac, CDD/LF, Action AID/UNICEF, Chemonics/USAID.
∎ • The Director will also have responsibility for program planning, design, implementation, monitoring &reporting of the Program/Project.
∎ • Program Director must have the knowledge on MRA rules and regulation and PKSF procedures.
∎ • Have the ability to write different types of project proposal and concept notes.
∎ • Fund raising for organization’s microfinance and development sector.
∎ • Supervise all project/program as a team leader and provide continuous guidance to the team for ensuring quality program implementation/field operations timely.
∎ • Responsible for regular field visits and provide guidance for improvements of field activities for ensuring the better outcome of program/project.
∎ • Arrange monthly meeting with branch manager, area manager, HO staffs, program head and taking report as well as consolidated the random report and submit to donor
∎ • Organize and facilitate training, meeting, discussion session and workshops at district level with relevant stakeholders.
∎ • Regularly communicate & develop liaison with district level stakeholders (GO, NGOs, Pvt. sector and legal aid orgs) for ensuring required coordination, advocacy, and networking etc.
∎ • Maintain regular correspondences with project officials (district and field) for necessary coordination and develop periodical report & shared to Project Manager regularly.
∎ • Undertake M&E function as required.
∎ • Provide support and monitor the implementation of project activities according to the workplan and scheduled timeline.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: 1000,00 BDT Monthly
