Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Electro Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and lead a technical team with a high technological standard by aligning their needs with organizational requirements.
∎ Review product requirements, architecture and designs in order to ensure customer quality in the packet networking products.
∎ Ability to guide team to develop or improve troubleshooting and problem-solving skills needed for test execution.
∎ Develop a strong focus on quality, on time delivery and development processes.
∎ Initiate and lead new infrastructure processes, standards, tools, training and proposals with management team members to facilitate the best development environment
∎ Depth knowledge on PLC programing, service and maintenance of PLC based machineries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have minimum above required experience on Smart Card business/SIM card industry with performing as a similar actor to have technically sound.
∎ Experience working in embedded machineries and development is required.
∎ Strong leadership and motivational skills resulting in high retention and morale within teams.
∎ Candidate must have ability to communicate with English and Chinese language in speaking, reading and writing.

Salary: Negotiable
