∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any subject with a good academic orientation.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position will provide full range of operational support and responsible to lead and oversee the entire business in Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for developing strategy and objectives, supervision, coordinating, managing all resources and functions of the company.
∎ Customer's focus and cross-functional leadership & development in a manufacturing/technical environment.
∎ Development of company staffs and process with proper nursing to be creating efficient workforce in light of professional experience.
∎ Promoting integrity, safety, quality of work, team work, open lines of communication for maintaining a positive hassle-free working environment.
∎ Should have accountability for creating and sustaining win-win environment that drives growth and profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have minimum 8 years of Management experience on Smart Card business/SIM card industry with performing as a similar actor to have technically sound.
∎ Highly motivated self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to manage and motivate a proactive team.
∎ Must possess excellent inter-personal, communication, problem solving skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills combined with an action orientation and demonstrated personal and business integrity.
∎ The candidate must have ability to communicate with English and Chinese language in speaking, reading and writing.
