Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find Buyers and communicate with them.
∎ Query Negotiation with current and new buyers and convert them to orders.
∎ Maintain a Strong manufacturer & supplier network for product development.
∎ Select appropriate vendor product-wise.
∎ Doing Risk Assessment & settling proper execution route for the product.
∎ Set perfect TnA honoring shipment date & follow up.
∎ Maintain a strong product knowledge on woven/knit/ sweater.
∎ Ensure required submissions & approvals along with testings parameters
∎ Follow-up material booking, Knitting, Dying, cutting, printing, sewing, washing, test, finishing, packing, inline, final inspection together with cross- functional team.
∎ Production follows up to ensure on-time delivery and regular factory visit and update order status.
∎ Quality assurance; means monitoring or guiding quality team as per customers requirements.
∎ Supervising final inspection & shipping.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must have strong Experience working at Foreign Liaison/ Buying office or any other reputed buying house of Bangladesh.
∎ Strong product knowledge on woven/knit/ sweater.
∎ Familiar with the process flow and requirements of international customers.
∎ Strong communication skills, on email and in conversations with foreign buyers
∎ Strong background on garment product costing, order follow-up and execution.
∎ Able to communicate with overseas offices & Suppliers on development and order- related information and on day-to-day merchandising activities and approvals.
∎ Having strong leadership quality, mentality, interpersonal skills and able to run a team effectively and able to motivate the team and achieve goals set by the company management
