Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Marketing should be given preference.
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation degree from reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales.
∎ Also to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on sweater manufacturing.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery.
∎ Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

∎ Age at least 38 years

∎ knowledge on garments manufacturing in sweater factory.
