  • Have experience to do Overseas Marketing.

  • Ability to make Overseas a path and to get Brand Nomination.

  • Stay up to date with trends in apparel design, sustainable materials, and packaging.

  • Promote eco-friendly and compliant accessory solutions to meet global buyer standards.

  • Collaborate with R&D to support the development of innovative accessories that appeal to fashion brands.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.

  • Align marketing objectives with company growth goals and sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity in the garment and apparel industry.

  • Strengthen the company’s brand identity in the global apparel and garment industry.

  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms – packaging, promotional materials, digital content, etc.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features, applications, and unique selling points.

  • Design product positioning and promotional strategies for various garment accessories (e.g., buttons, zippers, sewing thread etc).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key apparel manufacturers, buying houses, brands, and export houses.

  • Identify and approach potential clients in both local and international markets.

  • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, convert them into sales, and support customer retention.

  • Monitor sales performance and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.

  • Identify and explore new markets – both domestic and international – for growth opportunities.

  • Analyze export market trends, logistics requirements, and compliance standards.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, designers, and content creators.

  • Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and encourage a results-driven environment.

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently.

  • Analyze return on investment (ROI) from campaigns and optimize spending.

  • Prepare regular marketing reports for senior management.

  • Communicate insights and performance data with other departments to align business strategies.
