Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor / Masters of Hotel Management and Catering Technology.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control Food cost and quality
∎ Maintain international standard
∎ Oversee the operations functions of the hotel, as per the Organizational chart.
∎ Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
∎ Ensure full compliance with Hotel operating controls, SOP's, policies, procedures and service standards.
∎ Lead all key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five years of working experience in international five-star standard hotel/resort. Working in abroad will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
