Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma Engineer (Mechanical) from recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Must have expertise in product design & drawing through AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS etc.
∎ Should have excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and Coordinate mask production and maintenance of the facility.
∎ Draw various design of mask as per specifications of buyer. Ascertain raw material requirement and associated production cost.
∎ Maintain hygiene, health & safety throughout the production process.
∎ Ensure production of quality mask and on time delivery (OTD) for overseas buyers.
∎ Carry out troubleshooting, routine and preventive maintenance of PLC machine.
∎ Look after installation of new machines and train up concerned operators.
∎ Investigate and solve issues if complaints received from buyers.
∎ Keep record of raw material traceability and prepare analytical reports for management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years hands-on work experience in production and maintenance of PLC machine set-up in the relevant field of manufacturing organization.
∎ Experience in any global standard mask (N95/Surgical mask etc.) production will be given preference.
∎ Ultrasonic welding machine experience will be treated as added advantage.
