Job Context:
∎ Smart BeeE BD is an educational Consultancy dedicated towards providing service to Home and overseas Students in making educational avenues abroad accessible to them. we are assisting students to study in UK, USA, Canada France, Germany & European countries. Smart BeeE BD as going forward to achieve the rank of Top Tier Overseas Education Consultant in Bangladesh. Hence we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in creative design (including motion graphics) and social media management with lead mobilization.
∎ Employment Status: Full time (Contractual) - 10am to 6pm (45min break)
∎ Workplace: Work at office & work at project area

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Curate content and manage social media profiles.
∎ Perform extensive market research (including competitor analysis) to assist management in planning and implementing innovative Digital and Traditional marketing strategies to create brand awareness and drive conversion
∎ Analyze and interpret data from various sources and report to Management on improving and implementing data driven strategies
∎ Design and develop visually engaging outbound communication materials including brochures, banners, social media, email marketing etc for both print and digital platforms.
∎ Applicant should be familiar with canva.
∎ Create engaging static, video and content in compliance with social media best practices.
∎ Create video massage according to the country and promote to the social media.
∎ Design voice and messaging for graphic design pieces according to Brand TG
∎ Assist team in content ideation and creating and maintaining content calendar
∎ Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
∎ Source vendors for various marketing related purposes
∎ Manage the entire digital campaign department. This role is inclusive of Facebook advertisement, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp, Yahoo and Bing, email & text marketing.
∎ Generate lead through digital marketing campaign. Set appropriate algorithm in Meta and other social platform for better lead.
∎ Generate lead list and approach them as advised.
∎ Maintain work plan and report to the management.
∎ Other relevant ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Facebook ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook campaign, Google Ads, Google AdWords, Google Marketing, YouTube Marketing. Proficient in video editing tools, motion graphic, graphics design, SEO marketing.
∎ Should be able to work independently & have the potential to generate new Clients.
∎ A good command of English is essential.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration & education Consultancy Service, Advertising agency, visa processing.
