Education:
• Bachelor's degree in a business relevant field or a related discipline.
• Relevant work experience may be considered instead of a degree.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise development, livelihoods, or business incubation projects.

• The Digital Skills Trainer/ Instructor will play a crucial role in assisting individuals seeking employment to achieve their career goals under the ACCESS - Advancing Career Connections, Employment, and Skills for Success_GG12 project. S/he will be responsible for designing and delivering digital skills sessions to beneficiaries of the Skills Development Project, ensuring participants are equipped with essential ICT competencies to enhance employability and entrepreneurship. S/he will integrate digital learning into multiple TVET approaches—Competency-Based Training (CBT), Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), apprenticeships, dual training systems, entrepreneurship development, and blended learning. The role will focus on digital literacy, workplace ICT applications, online freelancing, and e-commerce skills, enabling youth, women, and marginalized groups to thrive in the digital economy. S/He will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as business associations, community organizations, and local business groups, to identified best practices of the employability skills. S/he will distribute time 80% in facilitating training and 20% in desk work and report directly to the project coordinator.

Job Responsibilities
Training Design & Delivery:
• Develop and deliver digital skills curricula aligned with TVET training modules.
• Conduct sessions on basic ICT literacy (computer use, internet, email, productivity tools).
• Provide training on advanced digital skills relevant to the labor market, such as:
• MS Office and productivity software
• Online collaboration tools
• Graphic design and content creation basics
• Social media for business promotion
• Freelancing platforms and digital entrepreneurship
• E-commerce and online marketing
• Adapt training content for different learning levels and TVET approaches (mentor mentee, CBT, WBL, blended learning).
Learner Support & Coaching
• Provide career guidance and motivational sessions to help trainees build confidence.
• Support youth in developing personal development plans.
• Offer one-to-one coaching for vulnerable trainees needing extra support.
Collaboration & Curriculum Development
• Work with technical trainers, life skills trainers, and employment officers to integrate digital skills into employability pathways.
• Support training institutions in adopting blended learning and e-learning platforms.
• Incorporate digital safety, cyber security awareness, and responsible online behavior into sessions.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Conduct assessments of participants’ digital skills before and after training.
• Track participant progress and provide reports on learning outcomes.
• Document success stories of youth applying digital skills in jobs or enterprises.
Organization Development & Others
• Any other duties that may be assigned by organization management.
• Provide support to the core activities of the organization as per the needs and requirements of the organization.
