Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/BSc and/or MBA/MS from any UGC approved university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the market and identify opportunities, innovation, and disruptive ideas in digital to proliferate overall effectiveness for digital services department
∎ Execute the assigned KPIs through market disruption in terms of new products and campaigns, develop a detailed roadmap in line with a business plan and coordinate with commercial teams to ascertain market requirements, translate customer insights, identify and implement new opportunities and formulate effective online and offline distribution strategy
∎ Execute and implement new product development plan effectively by identifying potential partners, onboarding through various internal processes, planning product and pricing, and by designing the GTM
∎ Carry out and maintain the lifecycle of assigned digital products and services portfolio to achieve the expected level of user engagement and other relevant KPIs (e.g., MAU, DAU, revenues) as per assigned target or goal
∎ Identify, plan, develop, and use highly engaging contents/features for digital assets and design and implement innovative and effective growth hack techniques and campaigns to increase revenue
∎ Monitor & measure all existing digital services/ products BTL campaign performance and modify existing campaigns based on new digital service offered by competitors, customer traits, updated performance trend of existing campaigns or due to change in product and services
∎ Implement new or modified policies & procedures directed from BTRC/ group / BL Management and coordinate with Legal department to draft/ renew contract/ certificates/ membership
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 years working experience within the telecom sector, 3 years of relevant experience in digital products management.
∎ Good understanding of the telecommunication industry, digital services, DCB (Direct Carrier Billing), Websites, digital market landscape, and environment
∎ Sound knowledge in marketing and all its respective functions
∎ Good analytics and problem-solving ability capability
∎ Strong knowledge in digital asset management, product & pricing, portfolio management, UI/UX
∎ Experience in App development lifecycle
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
∎ Product management
∎ Business development
∎ Understanding of core telecom platforms
∎ Good commercial acumen
