Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Adobe After Effects, Adobe In design, Adobe Photoshop illustrator
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company's vision.
∎ Create digital content including websites, blogs, articles, animated explainer videos, etc.
∎ Establish the organization's online presence and create brand awareness.
∎ Run day-to-day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used.
∎ Maintain SEO regular keyword research and other best practices.
∎ Create a unique brand identity online.
∎ Create visual concepts for promotional activities.
∎ Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads.
∎ Spread the company's message through social media and other online mediums.
∎ Increase the company's sales through online marketing.
∎ Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Area of Experience: Digital Marketing
∎ Area of Business: Hospitality Industry
∎ A commendable researcher of global design contexts, colour schemes, consumer psychology, and design best practices.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Hands-on experience on digital marketing platforms, sound knowledge of IT, websites & web apps
∎ The mindset to work in a collaborative environment.
∎ Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
∎ Discerning eyes for aesthetics.
∎ Always challenge status-quo bias and be extraordinarily flexible to learn and set new trends.
∎ Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for promotional materials (Brochures, Press Add, and Digital platforms).
