Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance or Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ICAB Certificate level qualified will be preferred
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Time Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in the preparation of management reports on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly and as and when necessary and submitting the reports on a timely and accurate basis.
∎ Assisting in preparing statutory financial statements and reporting.
∎ Processing operational and construction bills ensuring compliance with company established and VAT & Tax laws applicable in Bangladesh.
∎ Recording transactions in the accounting software.
∎ Maintaining ledgers and records in a systematic way.
∎ Reconciling payable ledgers with vendors.
∎ Processing loan instalment payments and recording interest on loans on a timely and accurate basis.
∎ Maintaining regular correspondence with banks for regular transactions.
∎ Preparing bank reconciliation of all operational banks on monthly basis.
∎ Assisting reporting senior with the successful implementation of operational activities as assigned and performing ad hoc job requirements assigned by the senior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good command over MS Office
