∎ Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
∎ Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
∎ Strong SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing knowledge.
∎ Ability to design and execute campaigns with measurable ROI.
∎ Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
∎ Strong communication and copywriting skills.
∎ Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
∎ Proficiency in design and video editing is highly preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with NidusLab’s goals.
∎ Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
∎ Optimize NidusLab’s online presence through SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
∎ Set up, monitor, and analyze digital ad campaigns (Hubspot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).Conduct market research to identify trends, customer personas, and opportunities.
∎ Track and report on marketing performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
∎ Collaborate with design, sales, and development teams to align marketing efforts.
∎ Build and maintain a marketing calendar to manage campaigns and content.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, AI tools, and technologies to keep NidusLab ahead.
