Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
∎ Define the target audience and create detailed buyer personas to guide strategy development.
∎ Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
∎ Align the marketing strategy with the company’s CRM system to ensure seamless data flow and tracking.
∎ Set measurable KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, customer retention) and ensure the strategy is designed to achieve them.
∎ Map out the customer journey and identify key touchpoints where data can be captured and tracked.
∎ Integrate all digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing tools) with the CRM system.
∎ Ensure that lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes are automated and tracked within the CRM.
∎ Collaborate with the IT and sales teams to customize the CRM to meet marketing needs (e.g., creating custom fields, workflows, and reports).
