Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms.
Strong understanding of IT services and emerging technologies of software development and relevant marketplaces.
Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skill.
Ability to work in a client based global IT environment.
Proven expertise in managing digital marketing projects and securing clients through online market places such as Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer etc.

Optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Own the full marketing funnel—from awareness to conversion—across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Technology-Driven Campaigns
Work closely with IT teams to understand and market our core tech services:
Craft compelling, tech-focused campaigns that resonate with niche B2B audiences.
Leverage emerging trends like AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing to future-proof marketing initiatives.
Showcase our alignment with tech giants such as Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Nvidia, Red Hat, Intel, and Google.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and inspire a team of digital marketers, content creators, and analysts.
Define clear KPIs, provide regular feedback, and foster a performance-driven culture.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Graphics, IT, Dev) to ensure seamless campaign integration and brand consistency.
Campaign Innovation
Design and launch campaigns tailored to client needs across multiple platforms.
Oversee content production: blogs, landing pages, paid ads, case studies, social media.
Conduct competitor research and industry analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
Analytics & Performance Insight
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics tools.
Translate data into actionable insights and strategy adjustments.
Deliver regular, insightful reports to leadership and stakeholders.
