Job Context:
∎ The job will consist of handling everything to increase sales using digital marketing and sales techniques.
∎ The company is engaged in producing proprietary software for SAAS sales primarily in the USA. We have sales personnel in the USA who need to be supported by this individual with back-office activities from our Dhaka office. The job will entail maintaining and improving our website to achieve and maintain the first page Google ranking. It will also run e-mail campaigns from start to finish. This will include producing content, manage state-of-the-art E-Mail campaigns integrated with our CRM application.
∎ This position will play a key role in the continuing and growing success of the Company and can provide a challenging career-enriching opportunity for the incumbent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze current website and prepare plan on achieving top SEO results, complete with meaningful metrics including competitive analysis.
∎ Manage all SEO /SEM activities such as Content Strategy, link building and keyword strategy.
∎ Rapidly implement the plan and adjust.
∎ Prepare and execute e-mail campaigns.
∎ Write effective headlines, header tags, metadata copy, and keyword search.
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, and linking to improve SEO position.
∎ Prepare video content for YouTube, company website, and others. Assistance will be provided.
∎ Prepare and execute other campaigns such as LinkedIn, YouTube
∎ Contact potential and existing customers on the phone and by email.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and complaints
∎ Compile and present SEO performance reports
∎ Perform SEO audit and technical site crawl using SEO tools.
∎ Will work under tight deadlines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong and comprehensive experience in SEO techniques.
∎ Hands-on experience with CRM and high-volume e-mail campaigns.
∎ Ability to create internet and e-mail content.
∎ The position will require the incumbent to communicate directly with prospects and company personnel in the USA on a routine basis.
∎ Excellent performance could lead to travel and even transfer to HQ. This job could be your ticket to doing amazing things on an international-global scale.
